Day 2, Rome & Assisi
After a delightful breakfast, begin your day with a scenic journey to the peaceful town of Assisi, located in the hills of Umbria. In Assisi, immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere of the Basilica of St. Francis, home to remarkable frescoes by Giotto and the final resting place of St. Francis himself. The calm beauty of this town, with its narrow streets and ancient buildings, will captivate you as you explore its serene history.
