Itinerary
Day 1, Welcome to Sal
Upon arrival at Sal airport, you will be accompanied to the Santa Maria resort by private transfer. After check-in, you have some free time to start getting familiar with the island and the Cape Verdean rhythm. Overnight in hotel.
Day 2, The Island of a Thousand Landscapes
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a group excursion aboard 4x4 vehicles. You will discover the island's iconic spots: the Pedra de Lume salt pans, Kite Beach, Murdeira, Palmeira, and Espargos, as well as the Fata Morgana optical illusions in Terra Boa and the turquoise waters of the Blue Eye in Buracona. In the afternoon, a guided group visit to Salt Lake and Shark Bay, where you can observe sharks in their natural habitat. Overnight in hotel.
Day 3, Towards São Vicente
After breakfast at the hotel, take your private transfer to the airport and fly to Mindelo, on the island of São Vicente. Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to your hotel for check-in. Enjoy the cultural heart of Cape Verde during your free time. In the evening, dinner at a local restaurant with traditional Cape Verdean music, for your first contact with the island's most authentic soul. Overnight in hotel.
Day 4, Discovering São Vicente
Have breakfast at the hotel and set off for a guided excursion of the island. The itinerary includes the fishing village of São Pedro, the Monte Verde viewpoint, Salamansa, Baía das Gatas, and the coastal road leading to Calhau and its agricultural valley. The afternoon is free to explore Mindelo. Overnight in hotel.
Day 5, Santo Antão, Pure Nature
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, a group transfer will take you to the port for a ferry to Santo Antão. The day is dedicated to trekking through some of the island's most spectacular landscapes: Porto Novo, the Cova crater, Cabo da Ribeira, and Ribeira Grande, with a return trip along the striking coastal road. At the end of the excursion, you will return to Mindelo by ferry followed by a transfer to the hotel. Overnight in hotel.
Day 6, Mindelo, Slow Rhythm
After days on the move, enjoy a quiet day and immerse yourself in the life of Mindelo. After breakfast at the hotel, head out and explore! Overnight in hotel.
Day 7, Return to Sal
Enjoy your last breakfast in Mindelo and head to the airport for your flight back to Sal. Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to your hotel for check-in. Make the most of your free time to say goodbye to the ocean before your departure. Overnight in hotel.
Day 8, Farewell Cape Verde
After your final breakfast at the hotel, a private transfer will take you to the airport for your flight back to Italy. You depart with the memories of a journey filled with nature, music, and authentic encounters.
