Over the next few days, explore Rome’s iconic landmarks including the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Vatican City. After checking into your hotel in the afternoon, take a moment to relax and freshen up. The city's lively energy invites you to explore, and your adventure kicks off with a delicious welcome dinner at the hotel. Savor a traditional Roman meal, featuring delicacies such as carbonara (pasta with eggs, pecorino cheese, guanciale, and black pepper) and saltimbocca alla romana (veal with prosciutto and sage). Day 7, Day 7: Bari, Ostuni & Polignano a Mare – Olive Oil and Coastal Views

Day 8, Day 8: Bari & Alberobello – Caves and Trulli Houses
